Wir liefern innerhalb von 24 Stunden tauschfähige Europaletten an Ihren Standort und nehmen im Gegenzug die abgegebenen Paletten wieder mit. So bleiben Ihre Warenströme stabil, ohne dass Sie eigene Palettenbestände aufbauen oder verwalten müssen.

Wie hoch sind die Freibestände beim Europaletten tauschen?

Bei einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit stellen wir Ihnen für den Palettentausch individuelle Freibestände zur Verfügung. In der Regel orientiert sich der Freibestand am durchschnittlichen monatlichen Tauschvolumen. Beispiel: Bei einem Jahresvolumen von 120.000 getauschten Europaletten ergibt sich ein Freibestand von rund 10.000 Paletten.

Können größere Mengen an Europaletten – über den Freibestand hinaus – im Tauschsystem bestellt werden?

Ja, auch über den vereinbarten Freibestand hinaus können jederzeit zusätzliche Tauschpaletten abgerufen werden – etwa bei Saisonspitzen oder unerwartetem Mehrbedarf. Unser Europaletten Tauschpool ermöglicht es, kurzfristig größere Mengen zu tauschen; bei Bedarf vereinbaren wir im Vorfeld flexible Nutzungs- oder Tauschkonditionen, damit Ihre Prozesse durchgängig stabil bleiben.

Können beim Palettentausch Teilmengen zurückgegeben werden?

Ja, auch Teilmengen können problemlos zurückgetauscht bzw. freigestellt werden. Wichtig ist lediglich, dass Sie uns die abweichende Menge im Vorfeld ankündigen. Für diese Differenz fällt lediglich eine kleine Ausgleichsgebühr an.

Euro pallet price: How much do wooden pallets cost in a pallet pool?

You register the desired quantity and quality. We deliver exchangeable euro pallets to your location within 24 hours and in return collect excess euro pallets from you or any other location in Germany at a later date. As a result, your flows of goods remain stable at all times and you do not have to build up or manage your own pallet inventory.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

In the case of long-term cooperation, we are happy to provide our customers with free stocks for pallet exchanges. As a rule, this corresponds to the average monthly exchange volume. Example: With an annual volume of 120,000 euro pallets exchanged, you receive a free stock of around 10,000 pallets.

Which Euro pallet quality classes are there?

Yes In the event of seasonal peaks or additional demand, you can call up more swap pallets at any time than stored in the free inventory. Our euro pallet exchange pool makes it possible to exchange larger quantities even at short notice. On request, we can arrange a flexible usage or exchange condition in advance so that your processes run smoothly at all times.

Have Euro pallets delivered: Is that possible throughout Europe?

Yes, of course. You can also exchange or release smaller quantities or fewer pallets — the only important thing is that you let us know in advance. There is only a small compensation fee for the different exchange amount.

Which quality classes are available for the Euro pallet exchange system?

In addition to brand-new EPAL pallets, our exchange system offers you used, exchangeable EPAL pallets in the following quality classes:

1. Quality class A euro pallets

These pallets are in excellent condition and are not dirty. They look almost like new and are brightly sorted.
A-quality euro pallets are ideal for storing and transporting sensitive goods — e.g. from the food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries.
Even highly automated production systems, conveyor systems and high-rack warehouses run smoothly with A-quality industrial pallets.
All required markings are clearly legible.
There are no outstanding pieces of wood or twisted blocks.

2. Euro pallets of quality class B (gradation to class A)

These pallets show slight signs of wear and may have a certain amount of wood darkening. Grade B wooden pallets are not sorted in terms of brightness and darkness.

3. Euro pallets of quality class C (gradation to class A and B)

These pallets show heavy signs of wear and have already been used several times.
They are functional and fully usable for storage and transportation.
However, it is not guaranteed that they are suitable for highly automated production systems, conveyor systems and high-bay warehouses.
They meet the requirements of DIN EN 13698-1.
The pallets are free from packaging adhesions.
At least one trademark and the manufacturer's identification are easy to read.
The pallets are odourless.
